MyRoofEstimate.ai provides AI-powered analysis of roofing contractor quotes. Our Service:

• Analyzes uploaded contractor quote documents using artificial intelligence

• Generates Fairness Scores, line-item comparisons, and identifies potentially missing items

• Provides an optional Expert Review add-on where a human consultant reviews your quotes

• Saves audit history for registered users

The Service is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional roofing, construction, or financial advice.

IMPORTANT: The analysis, scores, recommendations, and content provided by MyRoofEstimate.ai are for informational purposes only.

We are not licensed roofing contractors, engineers, or construction professionals. Our AI-generated reports do not replace professional inspections, licensed contractor assessments, or expert opinions.

Always consult with licensed roofing professionals before making any roofing decisions. Always verify contractor licenses, check reviews, and obtain multiple opinions before signing any contract.

MyRoofEstimate.ai is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any roofing contractor, roofing manufacturer, supplier, or industry association.

Fairness Scores and recommendations are generated by AI based on industry standards and the information provided in uploaded documents. They do not represent endorsements of any contractor.

You may create an account to save and access your audit history. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

• All activities that occur under your account

• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized account access

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Certain features of the Service require payment. All fees are stated in US dollars and are non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment information.

Expert Review add-ons: If you purchase an Expert Review and we are unable to deliver the review within the stated timeframe due to our error, we will issue a full refund upon request. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase to myroofestimateai@gmail.com.

By uploading documents to our Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the right to upload and share the documents

• The documents do not contain confidential information of third parties that you are not authorized to share

• You are not uploading malicious files or content

You retain ownership of your uploaded documents. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process the documents solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload false, fraudulent, or misleading documents

• Attempt to reverse engineer or scrape our AI models or data

• Use the Service to defame or harm any roofing contractor unfairly

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

• Use automated tools to make bulk requests without our permission

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYROOFESTIMATE.AI AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Decisions made based on our AI-generated reports

• Contractor selection or rejection based on our Fairness Scores

• Financial losses related to roofing projects

• Inaccuracies in our analysis due to incomplete or unclear documents

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free

• AI analysis results will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific situation

• The Service will meet your specific requirements

AI analysis is probabilistic in nature and results may vary. Local building codes, material availability, labor markets, and site conditions can all affect what constitutes a complete and fair roofing quote.

Our Expert Review add-on connects you with independent roofing consultants. These consultants are independent contractors, not employees of MyRoofEstimate.ai.

Expert Review notes and recommendations are opinions based on the information provided and do not constitute a professional inspection, warranty, or guarantee of any kind. Results are delivered within 48 hours of purchase during business days.

We strongly encourage all users to independently verify contractor qualifications before hiring. This includes:

• Checking Google, Yelp, and BBB reviews

• Verifying contractor licensing with your state licensing board

• Requesting and contacting references

• Confirming insurance coverage

A high Fairness Score indicates a complete quote scope but does not guarantee workmanship quality or contractor reliability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for urgent matters.
