• Roofing contractor quote documents you upload (PDFs, images, or text files)

• Audit results and history associated with your account

• Payment information processed through our payment provider (we do not store card numbers)

• Usage data including pages visited, features used, and time spent on the site

• Browser type, IP address, and device information for security and analytics purposes

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve our AI audit services

• Process your roofing quote documents and generate Fairness Scores

• Save and display your audit history when you are logged in

• Send Expert Review results and communications to licensed consultants

• Send transactional emails such as account confirmations and password resets

• Respond to your support requests and inquiries

• Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve our platform

• Comply with legal obligations

When you upload contractor quote documents, those files are transmitted to Anthropic's Claude AI for analysis and to Vercel Blob storage temporarily for Expert Review delivery. We do not permanently store your uploaded documents beyond what is necessary to complete your audit and deliver Expert Review results.

Audit results (scores, line items, red flags) are stored in our database associated with your account so you can access them later. You may delete past audits at any time from your account history.

We use the following third-party services which have their own privacy policies:

• Anthropic (Claude AI) — processes your documents for audit analysis

• Supabase — stores your account information and audit history

• Vercel — hosts our application and temporarily stores uploaded files

• Resend — delivers email communications

• Stripe — processes payments (we never see or store your full card number)

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these services.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• With licensed roofing consultants when you purchase an Expert Review (limited to your audit data and contact email)

• With service providers listed above who help us operate our platform

• If required by law, court order, or governmental authority

• To protect the rights, property, or safety of MyRoofEstimate.ai, our users, or others

We retain your account information and audit history for as long as your account is active. You may delete individual audits at any time from the audit history panel. To delete your account entirely, please contact us at myroofestimateai@gmail.com and we will remove your data within 30 days.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication via Supabase, and row-level security on our database so users can only access their own data.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you

• Request correction of inaccurate information

• Request deletion of your personal information

• Object to or restrict processing of your information

• Data portability
